End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Terminus ("Company," "We," or "Us") for the use of Terminus ("Software" or "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Terminus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or sell the Software to any third party.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Terminus retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Terminus does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Terminus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
